2.2 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the sky99 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the Platform.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. sky99 relies on the information you provide for account management, identity verification, and the payment of winnings. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
2.4 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the sky99 Platform is lawful under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. sky99 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction is done entirely at your own risk.
2.5 KYC Verification. sky99 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification procedures at any stage, including prior to processing withdrawals or activating bonus offers. Required documentation may include a copy of a government-issued photo identity document, proof of address, and verification of payment methods used. Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sky99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. sky99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials.
3.2 Notification of Breach. You must notify sky99 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your account. sky99 will investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend the affected account pending investigation.
3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. sky99 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via registered mobile number. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA to enhance account security. sky99 bears no liability for account losses where 2FA was available but not activated by the Player.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. sky99 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, FPX Online Banking, and direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other locally available financial institutions as updated from time to time on the Platform. 4.3 Withdrawal Verification. sky99 requires that withdrawals be processed only to verified payment methods that match the name registered on the Player's sky99 account. sky99 will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Verification may be required before any withdrawal is processed, including identity documentation, payment method verification, and source of funds declaration where applicable.
4.4 Processing Times. sky99 aims to process withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Requests involving large amounts, unverified accounts, or flagged activity may take longer and are subject to additional review.
4.5 Own Funds. Players may only deposit and wager funds that belong to them. The use of stolen payment methods, credit facilities, or third-party funds is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the offer is made. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. 5.3 Abuse & Misuse. sky99 reserves the right to withhold, void, or recover bonus funds and associated winnings in cases where a Player is found to have abused the bonus system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple accounts' bonuses, exploiting offer loopholes, placing low-risk combination bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and any other activity deemed to constitute bonus abuse at sky99's sole discretion.
5.4 Modification & Cancellation. sky99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in and satisfied the qualifying conditions before the modification or cancellation will not be adversely affected.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the sky99 Platform are subject to acceptance by sky99. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the Platform. sky99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event with an obvious pricing error.
6.2 Pricing Errors. In the event that a bet is placed and accepted at an erroneous price due to a technical fault, system error, or human error, sky99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake to the Player's account. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors may face account suspension.

6.4 Technical Failures. sky99 will make all reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability. In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, sky99 will resolve the round in accordance with the game provider's rules and may, where applicable, refund the stake where the round cannot be determined from available data.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants you any licence or right to use sky99's intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational use.
sky99's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the sky99 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account with sky99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. sky99 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

11.2 sky99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Nothing in this clause shall limit sky99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
sky99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or receipt of a regulatory instruction. In cases of account termination due to confirmed fraud or material breach of this Agreement, sky99 reserves the right to withhold the account balance. In all other cases of termination, any verified balance in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations under which sky99 operates. In the event of any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through sky99's internal dispute resolution process, which can be initiated by contacting sky99 customer support. If the dispute is not resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the applicable regulatory body for adjudication.

When material changes are made, sky99 will notify registered Players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Amendments take effect upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the sky99 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
